Analytics, pixels and trackers
The website does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, behavioral advertising tools or a similar measurement service.
This policy describes the technical behavior of the current AMD / A.M. Deutsch - Law Firm & Mediation website build. It is intended to match what the website actually does rather than serve as a generic template.
The current build has no contact form, registration, account area or mechanism asking visitors to submit a name, telephone number, email address, documents or a description of a legal matter.
The website does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, behavioral advertising tools or a similar measurement service.
The current website code does not set cookies and does not use localStorage or sessionStorage for identification, analytics, advertising or preference storage.
The website does not load fonts, scripts, images, maps, video or embeds from third-party domains. Website assets are served from the same domain or embedded in the code.
The website is hosted on Infomaniak Network SA Web Hosting infrastructure in Switzerland. Accessing the website generates technical server logs that may include an IP address, request time, requested URL, User-Agent and system errors. According to Infomaniak documentation, access logs and error logs are retained for at least 7 days. Web Hosting also provides traffic statistics generated from server logs, including information by page, referring site, country and visits based on IP addresses. These are not cookies, advertising pixels or browser-side Analytics code embedded by this website. Infomaniak states that customer data is hosted in its infrastructure in Switzerland.
Telephone and email links activate the relevant communication service on your device. Information you provide in a call or email is not collected by the webpage itself, but is transferred through the channel you choose and then handled in the firm's systems as professionally and legally required.
The WhatsApp link is not active in the current build. If enabled later, the website will not load WhatsApp or Meta tracking code before a click. An intentional click will transfer the user to WhatsApp, where processing is also subject to that service's terms and privacy policy.
There is no need to send medical documents, legal documents, trade secrets or sensitive personal information in an initial contact. A general first inquiry is preferable, after which an appropriate channel can be selected if documents are required.
The production build includes a Security Headers configuration that restricts content sources, prevents framing, reduces Referrer information and disables browser permissions that are not needed. External web links, if added, should use HTTPS. tel and mailto links use their dedicated non-Web protocols.
Questions about this website privacy policy may be sent to office@amd-law.com or raised by telephone at 03-7732000. The policy will be updated if the site's tools, providers, collection practices or contact channels change.
